One day Seminar on case studies in Civil Engineering practices and Guidance organised by Civil Dept

Department of Civil Engineering Organized two days Seminar on Advances in Structural Engineering & Special Concrete on 2nd  & 3rd  May 2018 for Final Year Civil Engineering  and Civil Engineering faculties

Students of Civil Engineering Department and all the Faculties of Civil Engg Dept have  participated in Workshop  organized by Department of Civil Engineering GNDEC, Bidar.

The Students took part in workshop  of civil engineering department. Further Students took an initiation to attend panel discussions also in the workshop by civil engineering department.

The program was chaired by Department. Dr. B. B. Kori Prof & Head along with the entire Staff of Civil Engineering Department at Civil Department GNDEC, Bidar .

The Resource persons were  

1. Er . Rajkumar , Structural Consultant Hyderabad

2. Er Umesh B Rao Structural Consultant Hyderabad

The topics covered were:  

1. Earthquake Engineering

 2. High Strength concrete

3. Case studies of staircase failure ,

4. Rehabilitation of structutres ,

5. scope for civil engineering students ,  

6. personality development for civil engg students

The Financial Support was aided by Management GNDEC Bidar in association with ACCI Bidar centre.

The H.O.D (civil), Dr B.B Kori was the Conveyor for one day workshop.

H.O.D, Principal, , GNDEC Bidar, Resource  were present   at the inauguration of the Event

All the final year students of civil engineering and faculties were present .
