“Expert Talk” on “Satellite Technology-An Introduction”

The Department of Electronics & Communication Engineering has organized an “Expert Talk”on “Satellite Technology-An Introduction” on 9^th September 2019. This Expert talk is organized to fulfil the gap between

Industry & Academia and to motivate students.

The resource person for this event is Mr. Srikanth Zolgikar, Scientist Currently working in the Mission Operations & Planning Group, Holding the Position of Mission Director for GSAT-14,ISRO, Bangalore, Who has good experience in satellite communication and delivered a high erudite information about the planning, testing and launching phases of satellites.

Dr. B.S.Dhaliwal, Director Academics GNDEC, was Chief Guest for this event Dr.Ravindra Eklarker, Principal GNDEC, presided the function. Prof. Ramesh Patil HOD ECE, was also Present in this Session. Prof.Rajendra Kulkarni [Organizing Chairman], Prof. Nitin Kulkarni [Organizing Member] , Prof. Harish Joshi[Organizing Member] were organized this Event. More than 120 Students from Electronics & Communication Engineering Department and other faculty members were present in this lecture.
