IESA Summit on " Spacetronics and
Deftronics-2019"
Indian
Electronics Semiconductor Association Vision Summit is a great platform for
envisage the future and drive the initiatives/Policies of the industry that
will propel the Government succeed in thought process of "Think Globally
but Do locally" and our own "Make in India".
IESA
summit was held on" Spacetronics and Deftronics-2019" on 18th
and 19th September 2019 at Taj Yeshwantpur , Bengaluru, Which was
mainly focused on technologies/products available for commercialization by
industry for the global market and quick adoption of disruptive technology from
start-ups for defence application with the help of DRDO and ISRO.DRDO have
shared insights on requirement of software definedradio, flexible / foldable
electronics, additive manufacturing, foundry, MEMS based sensor, Autonomous
platforms, Swarm Robots, Cognitive System, Cyber Security etc and ISRO have
focused on mission pipeline of future projects.The different industries and PSU's
like CAIR,DEAL,DLRL,IRDE,LRDE,ANURAG,ASEMT,BEL,HAL etc were participated in the
Summit and Shared about the current Technology usage.
A
total of Eleven(11) members , three staffs namely Prof.Pradeep karanje, Prof,Pavan
Mankal and Prof.Nagaraj Ullageedy and Eight(8) Students namely Aadesh, Prasad, Anand,
Ananad Sagar, Jagjeet Singh ,Meghana, Kavyanjali and Jashvini from third year
from ECE Dept. have participated in the Summit at TAJ Yeshwantpur.
